Are you accepting new clients?
I am currently accepting new clients. Please reach out via phone or email to schedule a consultation or initial intake.
Are you seeing clients in person?
Yes! I have availability for both in person and online sessions. I do prefer in-office sessions, however virtual therapy can be just as effective and I am open to both options.
what are your hours?
I am in office during the following hours, which are subject to change at any time:
Monday 10am-1pm (virtual only)
Tuesday & Wednesday 10am-5pm (in-office or virtual)
Thursday 1pm-5pm (in-office or virtual)
Please note that if an opening becomes available for a new client, I may already have a client scheduled during your preferred time and you may need to be flexible within the hours listed above if you would like to be seen.
I will reply to emails and voicemails during business hours. If you contact me outside of business hours, I will respond to you within 48 hours of the next business day from when you reached out.
How do i pay for services?
Check the fees and policies page for insurance information.
Otherwise, I accept credit and debit cards, including Health Savings (HSA) and Flex Spending (FSA) accounts.
I also accept Care Credit for self-pay clients. If you’d like to see if you qualify, find out HERE.
What are your credentials ?
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of NC and I completed my master’s degree in social work (MSW) in 2019 at the University of Southern California, Dworak-Peck school of social work.
Do you provide crisis Services?
I do not provide emergency/crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please consider the following options:
Call/text/chat the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988, call 911, or visit your local emergency room.
For a mental health or substance use crisis, call Triangle Springs (available 24/7) at 919-372-4318; they have a behavioral health emergency room service.
